Product Overview

The Surface Mount Parallel Arm Overhead Door Holder & Stop is designed for use on the inactive leaf of a pair of doors where a door closer is installed on the active leaf. For interior or exterior use on frequent traffic and heavy weight doors. For use on single acting doors only with either butt hinges or offset pivots. Adjustable hold-open position from 135 to 180 degrees. Standard fasteners supplied for 1-3/4" to 1-7/8" thick doors.
