Stainless Steel Continuous Hinge, Concealed Leaf. For doors of any material, grade 1 for 150-pound doors. Not recommended for doors with a beveled edge on the hinge side. 1/16" inset. 7/32" hinge side plus standard lock side clearance. Door and frame reinforcement not required to 200lbs. Heavier weight use 16-gauge channel. 1/4" diameter stainless steel pin and dual 6/6 nylon bearings between each knuckle and door edge protection lip (both faces of door). Fire rated for use up to 3 hours metal and 90 minutes wood composite doors.
