Product Overview

The 4800 series strike is a surface mounted strike used for surface mounted rim exit devices in new and replacement applications in wood or metal single door frames. The cavity is completely open which means the 4800F allows for a full 3/4" depth and up to a 1" throw with the included two (2) 1/16" spacer plates. Includes Trine's patented anchoring system providing additional safety and security through a 6-pin anchoring system with the center two pins giving additional rigidity to the latch cavity. The anchoring system prevents the strike from shifting on the frame for the most secure installation. Class A, 3 hour single door/frame configuration; fire listing is void when using fail safe action.
