This 0195B bottom pivot is for single-acting doors only. The 0195B bottom pivot is included in the 0195 pivot set. This item's bottom leaf mortises into the side jamb and rests on the door and the door leaf mortises into the bottom of the door. Heavy duty bearings. Stainless steel base material. UL listed for use on 3-hour fire rated doors.
