This 0321 Top Pivot is light duty and included with the 0327 Pivot Set. Walking beam top pivot for center hung bottom pivot or floor closer. Jamb leaf mortises into header, door leaf mortises into top of door. Dress plate provided for jamb portion. Pivot point must be plumb with pivot point at the bottom of door.
