A locking mechanism and key are included with the unit, so the cover is vandal proof. For easy maintenance, the corrosion resistant spout can be rotated a full 360 degrees without damaging the internal components. Body and shank are high-impact-resistant ABS plastic with a shatter-resistant polyethylene container.
