Product Overview

Fully concealed, center hung top pivot. Ideal for locations where there is a fear of dramatic building settling (earthquake tolerant) or for taller doors over 8 ft. 6 in. in height. Long pivot pin engages in top of door 1-3/4". Can be used with any center hung bottom pivot or floor closer whose pivot point is 2" (50mm) (standard) or 2-3/4" (70mm) (heavy) or greater from the edge of the door. Walking beam-type pivot, 1/2" (13mm) diameter (standard) or 11/16" (17mm) diameter (heavy) pivot pin. Oil-impregnated sintered bronze bushing. Heavy-duty needle bearing included with heavy option.
