Product Overview

The Scan II is a compact, passive infrared detector specifically designed for "request-to-exit" applications. It features adjustable relay latch time (1.5 to 64 seconds), an externally visible activation LED, and two form "C" relays. The high-impact ABS plastic enclosure in black or white comes apart in 3 pieces for easy mounting and lock-in-place scanner angle adjustment. Internal angle setting marks aide optimal coverage configuration for both wall and ceiling mounting. Mounting height is 7-15' allowing coverage area of the Scan II sensor of up to 8 by 10' (2.4 m by 3 m). Field-selectable fail safe/fail secure. Activation LED is visible at a distance and can be configured to OFF as needed. Included pattern masking kit snaps in place to narrow scan field and help prevent unwanted activations.
